Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of all areas within the apartment communities within designated time frames.
- Perform regular upkeep tasks, including pressure washing and leaf blowing.
- Remove trash efficiently and consistently.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Create daily task lists and accurately record all serviced areas.
- Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Report shortages, damages, or security concerns promptly.
- Handle resident complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the English language.
