Joshua Stephens of Kings Loot is seeking a full-time remote Financial who will help him grow the company by spearheading and managing the company’s financial strategy. He is looking for someone to be responsible for the financial health of the company and use financial strategy to facilitate company growth. Everything in Kings Loot starts with finance. From inventory to marketing forecasts, a clear financial strategy paves the way for success. You are the ideal candidate if you are a financial guru who loves problem solving, is self-motivated and driven, and has six or more years’ experience in a financial role.

You are perfect for this role if you have a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or another relevant field (or maybe even an MBA) and have helped a company grow from 8 to 9 figures. Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
- Develop systems and processes for strategic planning and management
- Create and manage annual budget reports in compliance with accounting principles
- Ensure clear and accurate reporting of company finances
- Lead monthly strategic financial meetings
- Be the point of contact for the Accounting/Finance team and ensure their work is completed
- Make strategic financial cuts as needed to improve net profit
- Ensure the P&L balance sheet reflects accurate information
- Meet daily with CEO
- Negotiate with vendors/suppliers
- Provide strategic financial inventory forecasting
- Provide inventory forecasting and purchase inventory as needed
- Provide strategic financial sales and marketing forecasting
- Provide strategic budget forecasting
- Manage company cash flow and ensure positive balances
- Ensure company stays in compliance with LOC loan covenants and that loan covenants are met monthly
- Manage and pay credits/balances on large purchase orders
- Manage payroll systems
- Pay agency invoices
- Work in Avalara software to manage sales tax
- Ensure safekeeping of fragile company information
- Ensure Accrual accounting is in compliance and conformity with US GAAP
- Be ready to pivot with any sudden changes in company’s standing

Additional requirements:
- Available to work 8 am - 5 pm MDT (40 hours a week)
- 6 years’ experience in finance
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant financial field (MBA is a plus)
- Experienced in ecommerce
- Access to a computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable and distraction-free work environment
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, Avalara, Click-Up, Google Drive, G-Suite, Quickbooks, and Gusto
- Auditing experience helpful

Offer Details
This is a full-time, remote, W-2 employee position.
Pay is $130,000 - $145,000/year based on experience, plus overtime incentive.
Benefits include a generous compensation package.
