Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is now hiring for an experienced Refrigeration/Mechanical Tech for a busy multi-unit restaurant group. We are currently looking for energetic, honest, and reliable team members who can work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HVAC-R Universal EPA Certification.
- Service and repair of equipment in Kitchens and Daiquiri Shops.
- 5 years or more of service work experience.
- Types of equipment knowledge required for service and repair: Small coolers and freezers, walk-in coolers and Freezers, Ice Machines, Daiquiri Machines, Gas, and Electric cooking equipment, Glycol Draft Beer Delivery Systems, and Water Tower Systems. Small appliances such as the following: Meat Slicers, Blenders, Mixers, Meat Grinders, Waffle Irons, Panini Press, etc.
