Kitchen Help - Tiff's Treats

Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery is an extremely fast-growing company out of Austin, TX with 35 retail locations in Texas and Georgia and more to come this year.

We are looking for happy, hard-working people who are quick on their feet, passionate, and LOVE customer service to bake treats for our customers! 

Kitchen Help Earns: $12/hour

Kitchen Help Will: bake and package delicious cookies and treats, assist walk-in customers with a SMILE, as well as help with cleaning, folding boxes, and various other manager-assigned tasks.

Previous kitchen or customer service experience is fantastic, though not required. A GREAT attitude is a MUST! Excellent customer service is our top priority as well as providing a fun and productive work environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements: 

• Employees must have the ability to quickly and accurately put cookies into boxes, put cookies onto cookie sheets, carry boxes, work the cash register, and other kitchen duties.
• At Tiff’s Treats we are always striving to improve and place a high value on coaching. Successful team members must be open to receiving and learning from constructive, frequent, and immediate performance feedback.

Physical requirements:  

• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, or lean for entirety of shift
• Occasional stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, etc. up to 50 lbs
• Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs
• Repetitive motion of the wrists/arms
• Ability to take visual and audible cues and maneuver quickly in a small space with hot ovens
