We need an exceptional Kitchen Manager to take the helm in our busy kitchen. You'll oversee daily operations, maintain an immaculate kitchen inventory, ensure food safety protocols are followed, and make sure every dish served makes our guests' taste buds dance.
Here's what you'll get to do:
- Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff.
- Ensure our food is always up to standard.
- Oversee food prep and cooking, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory.
- Comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Order food and supplies, negotiating with vendors for optimal pricing.
- Hiring and firing kitchen staff when necessary.
- Streamline procedures for food prep and manage kitchen operations.
Here's what we're after:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a kitchen management role.
- A proven track record of managing kitchen operations and enhancing food quality.
- Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Stellar communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
