Kitchen Manager:
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all food production, implementation of store recipes, keep food costs in order, ordering, and cooking. Resolving issues that occur in kitchen swiftly is a vital role in this position. He/she may also cover any station or position that is needed.
-Manages all BOH staff & Scheduling
-Orders food when needed and keep products rotated
-Helps cover the managers duties when he/she is away
-Resolves issues in the kitchen quickly without escalation
-Helps prepare food items in different areas
-Keeps the line stocked and prepped
-Aids in training new employees
-Produces final dishes that are to the stores standards and specs for guests
-Maintaining a clean workspace that is safe to prepare food
-Keep in compliance with the Medina County Health Department
-Keeping the walk-in and reach in coolers clean and organized
-Keeping dry storage clean and organized
-Taking care of trash and floors
-Delegating duties to BOH staff
Salaried Position based on experience
55 hours a week
$500 sign on bonus after 90 days
