Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met
- Train and manage kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals
- Create and update menu items based on customer preferences
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen management role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
