Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all overall back of the house operations. Outstanding food quality and presentation will be consistently maintained by our Kitchen Manager. Maintaining an immaculate and well organized kitchen will be expected of our Kitchen Manager. Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching of the culinary staff as well as counseling and terminating kitchen personnel will also be responsibilities of the Kitchen Manager. Functions of our Kitchen Manager also include scheduling, inventory control and back of the house labor control. As the Kitchen Manager you will be expected to lead by example and maintain a professional environment for the staff at all times. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be extremely necessary as our Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager will work with the management team to create the best dining experience possible for our guests.

Qualifications:
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager in a high volume environment
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager must posses
- A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager
- The Kitchen Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
