Ralph Brennan’s Red Fish Grill seeks professional Kitchen Manager to help lead our busy and celebrated French Quarter restaurant.
About the Job:
Manages and coordinates activities concerning all back-of-the-house operations and personnel, including the day to day housekeeping, dishwashing, general sanitation functions of the restaurant. Assists the chef on duty in expediting food orders during heavy business.
Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant: appearance/atmosphere, presentation, guest experience,financial success and professional leadership. Other essential traits include development and counseling skills, work extremely well under pressure, driven, and aspire to help grow the organization.
About You:

- You understand the importance of building a team and promote a friendly and agreeable working environment
- You communicate clearly and professionally with management, staff, and guests.
- You have solid experience managing busy operations with a large staff
