Tazza Kitchen in Richmond, VA, is seeking an experienced sous chef or Kitchen Manager to join our team as a full-time Kitchen Manager.
Our Kitchen Managers earn a competitive salary of $60,000+ depending on experience. At Tazza Kitchen, the wood oven anchors our open kitchen. The Kitchen Manager is front and center and is charged with leading a productive, cohesive kitchen team to create exceptional food for our guests. Responsibilities include staff training and coaching, inventory management, safety and sanitation protocols, and upholding the standards of recipes, sourcing, and quality to provide a memorable dining experience.

Salary: $60,000/year plus bonus

- Excellent competency in the kitchen

- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic
- Ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude when under pressure
- Ability to multi-task at high volumes
- Experience as an AKM or KM in a high quality, high volume kitchen
- Experience with wood fired cooking techniques and local sourcing a plus
- Eligible to work in the US
