Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead a team dedicated to culinary excellence and innovation.
• Menu Creation: Develop weekly menus that promote healthy eating and satisfy diverse palates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of kitchen safety and sanitation are maintained.
• Inventory Management: Order ingredients and kitchen equipment to keep inventory stocked.
• Sanitation Standards: Maintain strict kitchen and cafeteria sanitation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with menu planning, ingredient ordering, and creating diverse menus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of recipes, cooking techniques, and kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and conflict management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
