Chick-fil-A Covington Highway 21 is hiring a highly skilled Kitchen Shift Leader (Assistant Manager)!
Must be available to work 2:30-10:30PM
Must be available on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the team to deliver on our Winning Hearts Everyday strategy.
- Create purposeful Setup Sheets to plan for each shift.
- Manage labor and make necessary adjustments to reach goals.
- Engage in immediate problem-solving and short-term plans to address critical issues.
- Proactively anticipate guests' needs and team member responsibilities.
