Great American Restaurants is looking for energetic and passionate leaders of kitchen operations who are masterful coaches for leading food excellence and act as a liaison between the staff and management team.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead outstanding kitchen operations with a hands-on approach, supporting the line where needed.
- Have superior product and recipe knowledge in order to impact food quality.
- Consistently execute impactful line checks.
- Accountable for managing the window at an outstanding level.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurant kitchens
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree preferred
