Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and champion Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Vision and Values
- Responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A's Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy is executed at all times
- Create daily shift setups and ensure smooth operations during peak periods
- Coordinate team member schedules and breaks
- Manage kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and quality requirements are met ALL DAY EVERY DAY
- Identify areas for improvement and celebrate success with the team
- Train and develop team members in all areas
- Conduct food safety and quality audits
- Monitor food waste and implement strategies to reduce waste
- Ensure 100% completion of all operational and cleaning checklists

Qualifications:
- High school degree
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food safety and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Servsafe Manager Certified
- Complete Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Kitchen Supervisor Training Program
- Maintain Open Availability with limited restrictions
- Maintain high competency of relevant Chick-fil-A Standards and Procedures
