Clearance required: TS/SCI with CI poly
Required education: Bachelor’s degree
Required experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Command’s KM strategic plan.
Identify Command-wide KM problems and provide an analysis and recommendations report with solutions and implementation strategies.
Develop and analyze repeatable KM processes for continual process improvement.
Assist in the development of KM best practices and performance measures.
Provide expertise utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications, conducting database management, and developing Microsoft SharePoint portals.
Research and document sources of KM Training.
Develop and present KM briefings to Command staff.
Develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) IAW CDRL D007 for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test the TTP during exercises.
Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on USCYBERCOM classified and unclassified website/portals.
Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information is captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups.

Other duties
- Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on KM-related process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new KM-relevant product/service offerings to enhance support to KM effort.
- Provide a weekly written Progress, Status and Management Report, IAW CDRL C002 summarizing specific tasks completed/deliverables provided and a brief synopsis of ongoing work that had not yet resulted in a completed deliverable.
- Meet with Government personnel to document “as-is” processes.
- Analyze processes within the Command and develop an analysis and recommendation report that identifies weaknesses, areas to sustain, and areas of improvement.
- Provide support in administrative systems, processes and procedures, and monitor administrative projects.
- Provide recommendations for revisions of existing or creation of new Command-wide policies and procedures; draft recommendations for review and approval IAW Command Forms and Templates CDRL, E001.
- Assist with the creation, updating, coordination, and dissemination of publications, including through a searchable catalog/listing of Command Publications, forms, templates, and SOP on web platforms.
- Recommend improvements to Command-wide procedures to meet both existing and emerging requirements.
- Initiate and make recommendations to Government Leadership on process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
