The Opportunity:
At Perkins Eastman, where employees are encouraged to engage, learn, and contribute in a vibrant and supportive office culture, we are in search of a Knowledge Resource Coordinator to join the Knowledge Resource Team to support Knowledge Management initiatives at the firm. The Knowledge Resource Team Coordinator will primarily be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the global Knowledge Management (KM) systems and knowledge sharing networks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather and edit daily internal news submissions and post to firm-wide audience
- Monitor KRT support account and coordinate customer solutions
- Moderate discussions for KRT business opportunities - making connections between people, information, and networks
- Facilitate use of KM systems through user support and training
- Content Management: ability to logically categorize, maintain content, and encourage best practices
- Create Intranet sites, lists, and libraries in partnership with KRT and/or stakeholders
- Assist with standardizing methods for automating and documenting workflow and maintaining KM systems
- Determine efficacy of processes and workflows used; identify critical information needed during each stage of processes
- Evaluate and enhance sources and methods for capturing Practice Area knowledge, staff expertise, and relevant industry information
- Write/edit support materials for the KM systems
- Conduct weekly onboarding training sessions
- Coordinate firmwide presentations in adherence to AIA provider guidelines
- Manage the Perkins Eastman LMS
- Report attendance to the AIA
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 user experience a must
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate to staff of all levels of experience and technical ability

Type: Hybrid. 3 days in office 2 days working remotely, flexible days/working hours.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographical work location.
Salary Range: $50k to $55k
