10+ year of experience with Min 6+ yrs hands on KORE.ai, Smart Assist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python
Good experience on Conversational AI Platform
Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products" Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist
Experience on Node Js used for chatbot backend technology
Good experience in Design and Solution Architecture for creating chatbots & voicebots using Kore.ai
Architect and design the technical Solution in line with Client functional specifications.
Validate the technical solution and confirm if it works as per requirement.
Work with Kore s development and QA testing teams to deliver the technical solution.
Implement and deliver bot-based solutions for the client as per business requirements
Desirable Skills: Technology requirements
