[Job Summary]
Our client is now hiring MES Engineer, who can manage customers technical requirements as wells as software architecture.
[Job Description]
- Develop Smart Factory solution for USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America customers.
- Gather and document customer requirements as well as software architecture.
- Provide exceptional customer service by providing professional technical services.
- Become an expert on the company's inspection equipment and KSMART solution tools.
- Attend trade shows to exhibit and demonstrate machines and/or KSMART tools as needed.
- Serve as a helpdesk agent to answer questions/requests from customers.
- Collaborate with sales and other staff on pre-sales activities, teleconferences, quotations, etc.
- Report development, installation, training, evaluation, or any other service activities in the way the
supervisor requested.
[Qualifications]
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related.
- 3 years, strong programming skills in C#, C/C, Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript.
- 2 years, Web Services, TCP/IP Communication, parsers, etc.
- 2 years, of advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS.
- 1 year, of experience in IPC-CFX, IPC-HERMES, SECS/GEM, iTAC, or any other standard preferred.
- 1 year, SPI and AOI programming, operation, and maintenance preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills especially when faced with unexpected situations in the field.
- An open mind and proactive attitude.
- Good organizational, teamwork, administrative, and project management skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, and detail-oriented.
