Learning & Development (L&D) Office Coordinator (Contract-to-hire)
Location:Waltham, MA (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Hourly Rate:$20-$24/hr
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Overview:We are seeking a temporary Learning & Development Office Coordinator to support the Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development. This role plays a critical part in managing learning and training operations, providing administrative support for our Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating training programs, and offering high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration (50%)
Oversee LMS functionality, including course setup, curriculum management, learner assignments, user access, and troubleshooting in partnership with IT.
Monitor and track training completion, providing regular reports on engagement and performance.
Training Coordination (40%)
Manage the L&D training schedule, creating and distributing monthly communications, training invitations, and reminders.
Coordinate in-person and virtual training events, including room setup, materials preparation, and logistics.
Manage training materials inventory and vendor relationships as needed.
Generate data analytics and evaluations on training sessions to support continuous improvement.
General Administrative Support (10%)
Handle high-volume phone interactions, directing and screening guests and inquiries.
Maintain organized filing systems and document internal processes and procedures.
Produce monthly training reports and provide customer support to office and community associates.
Qualifications:
Experience:1-2 years in an LMS administration or training coordination role.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
