Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Laboratory Admin Assistant to be based at one of our INX facilities. This position handles various data entry duties, which require attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Job duties will include generating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, compiling and prepares various reports and providing exceptional customer service. The Lab Administrative Assistant will also support the Lab Manager in a variety of projects and assignments. As a Lab Admin Assistant, you will be responsible to:
- Keep all related SAP reports up to date and error-free.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects
- Assist the Lab Manager in assigned duties
- Maintain log of Service Call Reports that are created by the inplants
- File can samples
- Enter material information and formulas into SAP
- Process sample requests
- Create labels and proof books for completed jobs
- Compile statistics and prepares various reports for management, sales and customers.
- Take on added responsibilities as needs arise.
To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; College degree or classes a plus
- Previous administrative experience
- Have good and effective written, reading comprehension and verbal communication skills
- Have computer knowledge and Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Work independently or in a team
- Multi-task
In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
