Job Description:
Inventory support:
1. Strong experience in Inventory management: Goods receipt, Goods issue, Movement types, Material master and Physical Inventory.
2. Experience in handling inward / outward delivery for Lab environment. Invoice Verification with Credit/Subsequent Memos. Solid background in Quality/material handling process
3. Must have strong knowledge on Processing Purchase orders, Creating STI (Stock Transfer Invoice)
4. Doing Weekly Stock Audit & sending the report to Clients, Senior Executive & Managers.
5. Special procurement process: Stock transfer, Subcontracting, Third party & consignment
6. Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams, and support teams for movement, delivery and product dependencies
Logistics:
1. Experience in supply chain operations, warehouse, export control and transportation management
2. Ability on resolving complex logistics challenges and improving operational efficiencies.
3. Strategically plans and manages logistics, reverse logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
4. Drives execution of forward and reverse logistics operations
5. General understanding on export regulations
6. Experience with export licensing, classification, and compliance audits.
7. Good understanding of scrap, operations, transportation, and pricing.
8. Works proactively with suppliers and customers to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for current and future distribution channels.
9. Maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, business units and external logistics service providers to enable optimal business performance.
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
