Assembly/disassembly and cleaning of machinery, assist in lab with product runs, machine operation, maintenance, and shipping receiving of goods.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Prepare machinery and lab for product runs.
• Assist with feeding of powers into the machine for scheduled tests.
• Assembles and Disassembles equipment as per company drawing and specifications as needed or scheduled.
• Thoroughly clean parts, lab, analytical room and washroom after test runs per companies SOP and reassemble machinery and prepare lab for the next product run.
• Refill supplies as needed
• Assists in warehousing and shipping activities as needed or scheduled. Inspection of incoming goods for accuracy and defects. Prepares and completes parts orders including packaging and shipping national and international shipments. Operates fork- and hand lifts

• Familiarity with machinery, tools, warehousing, general maintenance, industrial manufacturing, shipping experience is

Ability to easily navigate multiple software and internet applications, proficient in MS Office programs, basic data entry skills

Certificates & Licenses

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation a must. forklift certification preferred, but not necessary.

Other Requirements

• Related work experience especially in powder handling, pharmaceutical or chemical industries is a plus.
