Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs for all laboratory departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• MLS Program Management: Direct and manage the medical laboratory science (MLS) program, including curriculum development, student supervision, and program evaluation.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time in the laboratory.
• Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for laboratory staff on quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with laboratory leadership, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Data Analysis: Analyze laboratory data to identify trends, monitor performance, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Certification and Licensure: ASCP-BOC or ASCP-BOC generalist certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist.
• Experience: Relevant experience in laboratory quality management and/or MLS program leadership.
• Skills:
