Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and transform the Medical Laboratory Science program, ensuring alignment with NAACLS accreditation standards and driving educational excellence
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies that prepare the next generation of laboratory professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic and clinical affiliates, expanding learning opportunities for students
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory safety protocols as Safety Officer for the Department of Laboratory Medicine
- Oversee program faculty development while mentoring instructors and students toward success
- Create and manage program budgets that optimize resource allocation while maintaining educational quality
- Design and implement evaluation systems that ensure program effectiveness and student success
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Track record of educational leadership and program development in laboratory sciences
- Experience fostering collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of NAACLS standards and accreditation requirements
- Proven ability to develop and mentor healthcare professionals
- ASCP-BOC or ASCP-BOC generalist certification as MLS/MT
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Vision for advancing laboratory education and safety protocols
- Commitment to excellence in healthcare education and patient care
