Your Impact & Contributions:

• Lead and transform the Medical Laboratory Science program, ensuring alignment with NAACLS accreditation standards and driving educational excellence
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies that prepare the next generation of laboratory professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with academic and clinical affiliates, expanding learning opportunities for students
• Drive continuous improvement in laboratory safety protocols as Safety Officer for the Department of Laboratory Medicine
• Oversee program faculty development while mentoring instructors and students toward success
• Create and manage program budgets that optimize resource allocation while maintaining educational quality
• Design and implement evaluation systems that ensure program effectiveness and student success

What You Bring to Succeed:

• Track record of educational leadership and program development in laboratory sciences
• Experience fostering collaborative relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of NAACLS standards and accreditation requirements
• Proven ability to develop and mentor healthcare professionals
• ASCP-BOC or ASCP-BOC generalist certification as MLS/MT
• Master's degree in relevant field
• Vision for advancing laboratory education and safety protocols
• Commitment to excellence in healthcare education and patient care
