1. Lab Application L2 Level Support experience
2. Experience in supporting Lab application in Pharma/Process industry
3. L2 debugging skills in (SQL, .Net, Server, network (basic))
4. Experience in coordinating issues with L3 and other support vendor teams
5. Incident Management,Problem Management,ITIL,
6. GMP Understanding
