Entry Level Geotechnical Lab Technician Centennial, CO


Pay: $20/hr to $21/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (Some overtime may be required and will be paid out at 1.5X)

Paid Training: Will receive pay raises after completing specific certifications


Ripple Effect Consulting is looking for an Entry Level Lab Technician to join our growing office in Centennial, CO! We are seeking a hard-working individual who is interested in finding their next long-term career move. Regardless if you have any Geotechnical Field experience; we are willing to train, grow, and invest our time into the right motivated individual! DESCRIPTION

• Testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, etc. for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
• Test data for accuracy and completeness.
• Operating small to medium-sized machines (Press/Pressure Machines) to test the density and strength of materials
• Using a Sieve bucket to determine material sizes (Rocks, Asphalt, Pebbles, etc)
• Working on your feet and using your hands for the majority of the day
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Light data entry

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Diploma, Science-related Bachelors Degree
• Experience: No experience necessary, but construction or concrete experience is preferred
• Certifications: ACI, WAQTC certifications will be paid for by the Engineering Firm

Must be able to pass a Background check and Federal Drug Test
