This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will be involved in the purification of oligonucleotides using advanced techniques like High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF). The position requires a strong scientific or technical background, and you will be responsible for conducting analytical testing and various other manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oligonucleotide Purification & Characterization: Execute purification and characterization processes by following detailed production batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proficiency with complex equipment and technical processes is essential.
- Efficient Workflow Management: Organize and manage work effectively to optimize the use of time and materials. Ensure all procedures are completed in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Adaptability to Priorities: Respond swiftly to multiple and evolving priorities. Effectively schedule tasks to meet both current and future operational needs.
- Accurate Documentation: Accurately record methods, materials, and results in batch records. Keep supervisors updated on project status and any significant findings or results in critical areas.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in or lead various group projects, activities, and initiatives aimed at career and personal development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, with a preference for Chemistry or Biochemistry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 0-4 years of industry experience, with a preference for candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience.
