About the Job
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Excel tracker to reflect the status of the labeling team's progress.
- Provide regular input to the Master Tracker and collaborate with the Technical Data Analyst for data integration.
- Facilitate regular (3-5 times per week) status updates with the labeling workstream to monitor progress and address any emerging issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Labeling Workstream Lead to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
- Escalate concerns to the Product Transfer Project Manager and Labeling Workstream Lead to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular progress reports and status updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency across teams.
- Ensure timely collection of input data from relevant team members and manage workflow efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Leverage your understanding of supply chain and regulatory operations within the Medical Device or Biotechnology industry to streamline project execution.
- 2-5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Biotechnology industry, with a focus on product transfer or product lifecycle management projects.
- Proven experience managing and maintaining Excel trackers and providing regular status updates using tools such as Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other common platforms.
- Familiarity with product labeling, supply chain operations, regulatory requirements, and PLM systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and escalate issues as needed.
- High-level understanding of supply chain and regulatory functions within a Pharmaceutical or Medical technology organization.
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation (MDR) standards.
