Job Summary:
Primoris Services Corporation is currently searching for a Labor Compliance Specialist in the Lewisville, TX area. This position will support the Corporate Labor Compliance Team in delivering project documents related to Certified Payroll Reports, Unions and other required documents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide project support for weekly certified payroll reports for projects that fall under federal or state wage determinations
- Review apprentice documents, pay rates, classifications on multiple projects
- Research and provide support documentation for notices
- Assist with union and labor compliance audits
- Audit and maintain craft class codes
- Subcontractor compliance and certified payroll tracking
- Support union reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-5 years previous compliance experience
- Proficient in certified payroll, union fringes, prevailing wage and Davis Bacon and Related Acts
- Good understanding of federal labor laws
- Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting
- Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices, Daily Timesheet Audits, General Ledger analysis and Certified Payroll Reviews
- Experienced with LCP Tracker
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Vista ViewPoint software a Plus
Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour
