NRP certificationSummary of Responsibilities- Accountable for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients in our Maternal Child Health Unit.- Assesses the health status of patients/families by means of comprehensive health history and physical examination- Initiates selected therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, consultations, and laboratory examination, interprets findings, and alters plan of care according to collaborative practice agreement and protocols in designated area- Educates and counsels in the areas of health promotion, maintenance, disease prevention, and management of acute/chronic illnesses- Documents findings and plan of care in the patient's medical record- Consults with physician per established Hospital policy- Intervenes to provide a safe environment and evaluates effectiveness of intervention for patients Cancellation Length: 1-4 weeks -12 hours call off?. 5-9 weeks - 24 hours call offs?. 10 or more weeks - 36 hours call offs Charting Corporation - MedSeries4 31.14D BSN License to Trauma Level: Care Shift Required (AHA), BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Weeks:91
