Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Gpac

Join a presitigious California law firm as an Associate Attorney! We’re excited to offer an outstanding opportunity with a well-recognized California law firm as part of their Labor and Employment practice group. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, preferably in California labor and employment litigation. Associates are given a chance to build their own caseload while learning from industry-leading attorneys, ensuring professional growth and hands-on experience. As an associate attorney on the team, you will handle all aspects of litigation as well as counseling employers on hiring, firing, and related employment matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents critical to labor and employment litigation
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in state and federal courts
• Play an active role in representing clients during depositions, motion hearings, and mediations
• Enhance your research, writing, and oral advocacy skills under the mentorship of accomplished attorneys

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities
• Thrive in fast-paced litigation environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Practical judgment in handling complex legal issues
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly
• Experience with California Employment Law preferred, but not required

Benefits:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience from $135,000 - $225,000
