Our firm is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our Labor and Employment practice group in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a particular focus on FLSA class actions and appellate briefing.

Job Details
Our firm is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our Labor and Employment practice group in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a particular focus on FLSA class actions and appellate briefing.
- Represent employers in complex wage and hour class actions, including FLSA collective actions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions in federal and state courts
- Prepare appellate briefs for cases before federal and state appellate courts
- Advise clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Conduct internal investigations related to employment matters
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- 5 years of experience in labor and employment law at a reputable law firm
- Demonstrated experience with FLSA class actions and appellate briefing
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required
Preferred Experience:
- Clerkship experience with a federal judge
- Experience arguing motions in federal court
- Publication record in labor and employment law journals
