Salary: $210,000 - $260,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Labor and Employment Associate to join our prestigious legal team in our Los Angeles (westside) office. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, with a particular emphasis on single plaintiff and class action litigation.

Is your background a match?
* JD degree from an accredited law school
* Active membership in the California State Bar
* 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on class action defense and employment litigation
* Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What will you be doing?
* Advise and counsel clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including hiring, termination, wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
* Represent clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including class action defense, before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels
* Draft & review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor and employment laws
* Conduct thorough and effective legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients
* Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective litigation strategies
