The Firm: A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join their team and handle a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation with emphasis in Labor & Employment Law.
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of practicing labor & employment law.
- Including but not limited to, advising and representing clients in employment-related commercial litigation and employment law advice and litigation (e.g. drug and alcohol issues in the workplace, EEO compliance, employee disciplinary matters, retaliation claims, sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment, whistleblowing claims, wrongful termination claims).

- Strong legal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio – Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus. (Firm willing to pay for additional Licensing if needed)
- Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptional results.
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in and out of the workplace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a caseload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
