The Firm: A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join the team and handle a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on Labor & Employment Law.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years practicing labor & employment law.
- Advise and represent clients in employment-related commercial litigation and provide employment law advice.
- Demonstrated good job tenure; seeking candidates interested in a long-term fit.
- Collaborative attitude—excels in teamwork but can work autonomously as well.
- Strong legal research, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in California. Additional licenses are a plus but not required.
- Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptional results.
- Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in and out of the workplace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Salary: $160,000-$190,000 (Dependent on experience)
