Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to manage complex labor and employment cases, including wrongful termination, workplace harassment, and employee benefits disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment law matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, policies, and litigation materials.
• Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to resolve disputes.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Previous experience representing employers or employees in complex employment matters.
