What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of litigation experience in California, ideally with exposure to wage & hour, PAGA, discrimination, employer counseling, and class action matters.
- Background: Both plaintiff and defense-side experience are welcomed. If you have strong litigation experience and a proven track record in California law, we want to hear from you.
- Licensing: Must be actively licensed to practice law in the state of California.
- Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset and an ability to think critically under pressure.
- Attitude: A collaborative, team-oriented professional who thrives in a supportive environment.
