Labor & Employment Attorney
Labor & Employment Attorney Requirements:
- 3+ years litigation experience preferred
- Experience or interest in Labor & Employment law
- Experience in whistleblowers, retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, breach of contract, workplace investigations preferred but not required
- Experience in written discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitrations preferred
- Pre-trial and/or direct trial experience in state and federal matters
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Strong academic background ABA- Accredited Law School
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
