Labor and Employment Attorney Position

An established law firm is excited to expand its team by hiring a Labor and Employment Attorney! We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of litigation experience and a passion for labor and employment law. Key Requirements:

• 2-15 years of litigation experience preferred
• Background or strong interest in labor & employment law
• Experience or enthusiasm for cases involving retaliation, harassment, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, workplace investigations, etc.
• Proficiency in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediation
• Pre-trial and/or trial experience in both state and federal courts
• Exceptional writing and research abilities
• Strong academic credentials
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collegial setting
• Must be licensed and in good standing in California
