Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Temp) - Beacon Hill Staffing Group

Beacon Hill's client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a labor and employment litigation attorney.

• Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 5-6 months, with trial scheduled for late January/early February as of now ( concurrent employment not permitted )
• Hours: 20-25 hours a week (possibly more leading up to trial)

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience
  • Preferably with California fair employment and housing case experience
  • Preferably with investigation experience, as the role will involve tracking down factual issues, analyzing them, and resolving them, which may include finding and interviewing individuals
• Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence (California, Washington, or Oregon)
