Position: Labor Relations Manager

Location: Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa

Responsibilities:

Manage labor relations strategies and negotiations with unions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Develop and implement employee relations programs.

Provide guidance on conflict resolution and grievance procedures.

Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in labor relations or HR management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
