About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Laboratory Administrative Assistant will report to the Office Manager and must work closely with the laboratory management staff. Their job duties will include:
- Log-In of Laboratory Samples
- Preparation of Laboratory Reports
- Filing of Laboratory Documentation
- Preparation of Laboratory Shipments
- Other Duties as Required
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Specialized Knowledge
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Advanced Computer & Data entry Skills
Skills
- Ability to Follow Written and Verbal Direction
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Experience
- At least 1 years experience in an office environment in an administrative role
