An advanced hospital is seeking a Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift to assist in leading and managing their laboratory department. This is a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced environment with an active team.

The Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift will directly report to the Laboratory Clinical Manager. This individual must provide daily updates regarding the status of the laboratory to their superior and will be expected to work together with the Laboratory Clinical Manager to guarantee all rules and regulations are being followed. Serving as a direct leader to the Laboratory Technicians, the Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift must be readily available to provide their assistance and guidance during any pressing and/or critical situation.

The Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift will be expected to help manage and provide direct oversight to the laboratory department while their team performs various clinical assessments. Equipped with cutting-edge technology within their laboratory, the Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift will be required to be well-versed in any and all clinical equipment utilized within their department. The Laboratory Clinical Supervisor – Evening Shift must be regularly informed regarding the work being administered within the laboratory, and must be able to highlight their team’s strengths, and pinpoint any weaknesses and provide the necessary training to address any matter.
