This position serves in the Laboratory's main communication and customer relations center. The employee monitors test requests in the order/entry system. This position contributes directly to patient care by accurately and timely processing specimens and dispersing information both in and outside the Laboratory. Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy experience required. Training as a unit clerk, medical assistant, medical secretary is preferred.  Coursework in biology and/or chemistry is considered.   Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
