JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work is performed under general direction from the Laboratory Manager and/or Scientists & Engineers
* Sample preparation for Microbiological Testing and Sub-visible Particulate Testing
* Supports disinfection and cleaning validation studies with BSL2 microorganisms
* Supports microbial ingress testing with BSL2 microorganisms
* Supports sub-visible, injected particulate testing
* Performs microbiological and particulate sample processing via vacuum filtration


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Microbiology or relevant
* Experience/knowledge of microbiological and particulate test method development and validation
* Experience/knowledge of purified water systems (design and operation)
* Experience/knowledge of 'wet-lab' skills (pipetting, sample handling, liquid waste collection and disposal, etc.)
