Laborer - Impact Companies

Impact Companies is hiring General Laborers to join our surface mining team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with site maintenance and cleanup.

• Support heavy equipment operators by clearing work areas.

• Perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, digging, and carrying materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or similar work.

• Reliable transportation.

• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.

• Flexible Monday-Thursday schedule with Friday availability.
