Job Summary:
- Position: Full-Time Laborer located in Crystal, MN.
- Compensation Type: Hourly.
- Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour.
- Benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, PTO.
Key Responsibilities:
- We provide all the hands-on, detailed training you'll need to get you up to speed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
