About the Job
Immediately seeking 1 Laborer, Grounds Maintenance, experienced with zero-turn mower, trimming, and edging. Performs required tasks assigned by Supervisor/ Project Manager. Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance. Must have a valid Driver's License.
Salary Rate: $ 15.25/hour
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include over-time, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

- Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial or public property such as buildings, camp and picnic grounds, parks, playgrounds, greenhouses and athletic fields.
- Performing one or more of the following tasks: cut grass, using walking or riding mower, trim/edges grass around walks, flowerbeds, as well as using a weed-eater. Trims hedge, prunes shrubs/hedges using trimmers, clippers and saws.
- Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Picks up leaves, litter, and debris. Sweeps/wipes, cleans office, workshop and restrooms.
- Assist in repair of roads, walks, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may clean comfort stations, offices, workshop areas, and parking lots by sweeping, washing, mopping and polishing.
- Must be able to operate mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment
- May perform other duties as directed by Project Manager.
