Nature and Scope of Job
USDM is seeking a Labware Analyst to support our client by maintaining and enhancing complex Labware systems, ensuring seamless integration with other functional areas, and providing comprehensive end-user training and support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support site(s) during go-live transition and post-implementation activities.
- Maintain complex Labware systems applications that are integrated with other functional areas.
- Prepare detailed specifications, feasibility studies, flowcharts, and data movement from which full business processes are designed.
- Test and evaluate Labware.
- Work on the implementation of new and revised applications by preparing detailed implementation plans and monitoring process.
- Respond to system, communication, and user problems by investigating and resolving hardware and software problems using established guidelines.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support with system procedure development for Labware.
- Develop instructional material for Labware.
- Lead and conduct end-user training for Labware.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on laboratory systems.
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills in regulated 21 CFR laboratory instrumentation, data integrity, JIRA and Excel.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency and technical expertise in Labware integration into existing manufacturing/laboratory applications and operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to timelines.
Education & Certification=
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Compensation
W2 candidates only.
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 70.00 - 90.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
