Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Land Acquisition Intern for our division ofice located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
In this role, the Land Acquisition Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities and investigate and assess land purchasing opportunities in Colorado.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Performing land use and financial analyses
- Participating in due diligence
- Collecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.)
- Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projects
- Land opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysis
- Assist with title review and exceptions for properties under contract

Qualifications
We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field, and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has solid analytical skills, and an understanding of complex financial analysis.
The salary for this position is $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
